‘Portraits of a Machine’ is an ongoing research project by Stijn Belle and Wolfgang Bittner. Fascinated by old photographic techniques such as the camera obscura and long exposure times, Belle and Bittner are researching new ways of photography by combining these concepts with recent technology.
